Quality with Zero Defects Concept

iTronix Systems' keeps the concept of quality with zero defects in our process and manufacturing all the time. We are ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified and we really implement the ISO procedure throughout the whole facility. We have implemented various of QC / QA procedures in each processes like 3D solder paste inspection right after screen printing process, AOI inspection after board assembled, and 2D / 3D x-ray inspection for each BGA devices. The quality department is completely independence from production department so that the quality department can make the call to stop the production till problem has been solved in order to achieve high level of quality.
